History of Indoor Cycling - Discover where and how this concept was born
Benefits of Indoor Cycling - A fun workout with both physical and psychological benefits, suitable for everyone
Bike parts & Basic Adjustments - Learn proper fitting for a safe and comfortable ride
Main Positions & Correct Posture - Hand positions and posture to prevent injuries and improve performance
Group Monitoring – Observing progress, technique, and effort during class to ensure safe and effective training.
Music & BPMs - The key to rhythm and powerful rides
Techniques on the bike - JOG, HILL, RNS, S2S
Upper Body – Cycling isn’t just about the legs; adding upper body work makes it a complete full-body workout.
Anatomy: Basic Principles – Introduction to the muscles involved in cycling
Class Structure – Building an effective playlist and class format. Standard sessions last 45 minutes
Daily Master Classes – Each day includes a live master class where you’ll put everything into practice on the bike, combining technique, music, and group energy.
